How on earth? Why is there no option in the VeraCrypt Rescue Media to RESTORE ORIGINAL BOOTLADER?!

For EFI systems the original bootloader isn't overwritten any more. The VeraCrypt bootloader is just added. The original bootloader still exists. VeraCrypt doesn't touch it.
