''you need to format the disk before you can use it'' failure

I have been using veracrypt for 1 month. I created an encrypted partition with veracrypt
2-3 times smoothly opened the encrypted part.
my last use , '' you need to format the disk before you can use it'' failure occurred.
I appointed N:\ drive , but when I decrypt any drive with correct password for the encrypted partition , the encrypted drive and partition opening with the any drive. But when I open decrypted partition it says ''you need to format the disk before you can use it''. I tried all the drives.
My external hdd is working correctly. Just i cant use now encrypted partition on this external hdd.
I search on google , many users experience the same problem.
I add some pix , all the drives opens the encrypted partition.
