Can mount encrypted volume but Logical drive shows RAW

I can mount my encrypted USB, but the logical drive when clicked shows RAW. Any suggestions to get this fixed? Is there a way to copy the RAW logical decrypted logical drive data to a physical USB drive so I can run data recovery software on that physical drive because it will be unencrypted?

Can anyone help me with this? Should I open a ticket? I did a search through tickets of problems similar to mine and 90 percent are all open and unanswered after years. Is there no technical support?

RTFM! It is not a bug it is a feature. If You would be able to discover anything else but raw, the encryption software would prove to be useless.

Andreas I think you are misunderstanding my situation. I am getting the RAW partition AFTER I am entering my valid and accepted password. I am getting the RAW partition on the decrypted volume.
