Display problem in elementary OS 5.1

When opening veracrypt always there is a transparent window bellow the original window . Not in any other app . I have used veracrypt without any problem in elementary 5.0 . I am attaching the window screenshot . I have tried with nvdia driver installed and uninstalled with no change,Tried with Virtual mechine also . any help will be appreciated , thanks in advance .
