Encrypt the whole drive greyed out

hI,
on Windows 10 when i am trying to encrpty the HDD , Encrypt the whole drive option greyed out , I have two partation C:\ and D:\ in same HDD , when i select Encrypt the windows system parartion option it completed sucessfully but them D:\ parttion get hide and i am unabel to use this acess D:\ parartion.

when i connect my hdd asa secondy drive in othe system it shows only one encrypted parartion C:\ and D:\ drive is still hidden.

my requirement is to Encrypt both the partation C:\ an D:\ and use them normally

I do not understand what you mean by D drive is still hidden?
You successfully encrypted the C partition which is the OS. How does this "hide" the D partition?

Do you mean D drive is not encrypted?
