Can't get system encryption to work on UEFI (incorrect password)

Win 10, Win 11, no luck. Wrong password (even on testing). Seems like boot loader get damaged or something. I tried to boot using USB rescue disk, no luck.

Tried Win 10 on legacy BIOS, it worked like a charm.

Any suggestion?
