sorry if this was allready brought up in a topic, but I could find only Dual-Boot threads with a unencrypted Linux setup.
So I would like to know if anyone has found a way, to boot 2 Windows or Linux and have both encrypted.
Linux probably with luks, I suppose, since Veracrypt unfortunately does not support Linuxencryption ...

It depends of configuration. Suppose it is EFI, one disk.
the disk has to have 3 partitions
1. ESP (efi system partition) with loaders (grub, bootmgfw, dcsboot) - open
2. Windows - encrypted with VeraCrypt
3. Linux root - encrypted with LUKS
OS selection scenario e.g. via EFI boot menu order
