There is no documentation for this feature. Has anyone been able to get it to work? I can't; I'm running VC 1.19 on Win 7.

Why, please?
There is no free space on the 200 GB partition to expand the VeraCrypt volume. See link below for instructions of how to add the unused 22 GB space to the current 200 GB partition in Windows.

Very counter-intuitive to muck about with VeraCrypt devices after the event with third party disk tools!
I would not consider Microsoft Disk Management a third party disk tool since it is part of the Windows OS.
