Is it safe to encrypt your swapfile on an encrypted system?

I came across this thread above. If I enable it will I get BSOD?

Since you are already using system encryption, the page file stored on the system disk is encrypted by VeraCrypt. There is no need for enabling encryption of the paging file by the Windows OS which will cause additional overhead to your system by the Windows OS.
