I have encrypted a full hard drive .System win 10 + one partition. I crashed my Windows I reinstalled a new one by formatting its partition now this partition is not encrypted. The problem is that the second partition is encrypted and I cannot access it. Just comment this is a 700 GB partition with all my work Thank you.

So you'd got one hdd with two partitions, one with win10 and one for files. You used system encryption to encrypt your win10 partition and afterwards (or before that) encrypted the partition with your files. Is this correct?
If you reinstall Windows, it's obviously not encrypted until you use system encryption on it again. But this would be independent to the files partition.
If I got it right, you should be able to mount the partition with your files without issues using VC.
