I have being using veracrypt for more than 2 years withou any problem...
But now I am simply puzzle why on the sudden I do get a mountvolume error....
Putting in context : I have an external 2Tb usb HDD with 2 real MBR partitions.
One with 10Gb and a second one with 1.8tb with veracrypt with ext4 filesystem ...
More than 1 year without any issue or problem whatsoever ...
Started with veracrypt 1.17 and kept updating to the actual version 1.19 ...
Using linux x64 ( arch based distro ) ...
Since yesterday I am tried several mount options with no avail ... :(
TRied all kind of option to access the data ( bakup headr, no mounting , etc etc )
Tried the software in windows where I got the same error ...
Even tried the latest beta build in Windows also reporting this time an diffent error : 7771 ...
Any ideas how to save my data ?
Why the suddenly ( with no apparent reason ) I have this problem ?
I think I have the a backup header file somewhere but do not know where ... :(
How to start to salvage this ?
