Hi there, I have a windows pc w/ preboot encryption (basic rig, its just a stock pc msi trident x secure boot off with veracrypt preboot encryption enabled)
basically everything has been running smoothly and prior to me having this issue there had been no updates or changes that had been made which is quite annoying.
the only difference from the usual is that the pc hadnt been used for a period of over 24 hours which hasn't happened since its been bought..
Ive tried switching USB keyboards but all have the same issue of after plugging it in they appear normal (lights turn on etc) but turn off almost immediately... Now I know my encryption password but am unable to type the preboot authentication in .... which is quite annoying...
sorry for making another useless topic created by another person who may not havec looked thoroughly enough to see if others have had this problem (i actually tried to look but wasn't able to find any exact references)
i can offer a reward / bounty of some sort to someone who solves my woes.
....
Thanks in advance.
