There is no password request

I already post this problem but was ignored

When i start my computer There is no password request and windows 10 is loading without my password
Moreover there is no any signs that my logical disk with operation system was encrypted at all

As you can see there is no c:\ disk on the screen
What happen???

There was a case when i start procedure of decrypting my system logical disk
And then this procedure was stopped and not resumed
May be veracrypt decrypted my logical disk when i was apart from my computer?
Why there is no c:\ on the screen - where is my c:\ logical disk??? - whereas i use it everyday
How can i examine whether my logical disk encrypted or not??

I restored possibility to enter my password but veracrypt doesn't aknowlage this password

You system is clearly not encrypted, I don't know what you think it is encrypted. The password is not accepted because there is no encryption.
You will need to re-encrypt your Windows.
