I wanted to confirm that this bug still exists. I confirmed it is only a windows issue, if I mount the partition on linux it works fine. The issue is if I do full disk (non-system) encryption (to a partition) on the drive, it will mount the first time, but after a reboot, the drive does not mount and throws an error, IF and only IF a drive letter is not assigned in disk manager to the raw volume.
