Create bootable USB stick with rescue disk

Hello,

I encrypted my computer with veracrypt and safed the rescue disk on it.
I would like to create an bootable USB stick with the rescue disk file, so I can use it in an emergancy.
I tried the standard programms that can make bootable usb sticks with an ISO file, but they dont seem to work.
An error like this comes "unable to read iso file".

I appreciate the help !
