as I'm not a native speaker pls excuse my poor English.
The problem is as follows: I'm running a Windows 7 system with VeraCrypt 1.23 (64-bit). Weeks ago I encrypted my system hard disk and all of my four user hard disks. The user hard disks were installed as "system favorites" so they were mounted automacially during startup and available under Windows. This worked fine for weeks.
Then, a reboot took a very long time while Windows was starting up, but after some minutes Windows was up but the four user HD devices were "missing". Simply not mounted. I couldn't even mount them manually using VC user interface under Windows. The error message I got is appended as screenshot 1. I ensured the password was right with “display password” option during mount.
I checked if the devices were "up" physically by using a partition assistant manager under windows All four devices are "visible" then. So no underlying hardware or mainboard problems.
It came to my mind that the only thing I changed with the system was installing Samsung Kies, Kies2 and SmartSwitch. Dunno if this is related to it, but the problem occurred after the first reboot after that Samsung stuff installation.
Additionally I see I little icon at the taskbar that I never saw before. It's a little "golden padlock" which disappears when I click to identify it. This one is shown at screenshot 2. Dunno if this is related to the problem, too.
As you can think of I'm in urgent need of the content of my user disks so please help and advice.

Update:
Found out thet the "little golden padlock" is a notification for the Windows event log file is full.
Update: can mount an external disk with VC.
No one? Cmon, we're talking about 6 TB of user data, basically my complete DVD movie stuff.
