Does VeraCrypt have an opportunity to create Debian Linux or something like that as a hidden OS, or there is a possibility to use Windows only?

In theory it is posible to implement for EFI boot systems
Notes:
1. Linux can create header less crypto container.
2. EFI boot manager can start any loader (e.g. kernel + initrd) from hidden volume
