Been using VeraCrypt/TrueCrypt for ages. I always update when a new version is released, and it always works flawlessly after updating.
However, I installed 1.26.7, and it will not open my .vc file. Password is correct. I get the error popup shown in the attached pic. Tried removing and reinstalling several times, with no luck. When I uninstall and reinstall the previous version, it works well again. Is this a problem with the new version?

Per the Release Notes, version 1.26 has removed support for TrueCrypt Mode, the RIPEMD-160 hash algorithm and the GOST89 encryption algorithm.

Was not aware my container was using the older TrueCrypt mode.
