In Windows 10 I accendently deleted a mounted encrypted partition. I have ran several partition recovery programs and none of them can find the partition. I have always seen people say never write anything to a drive/partiton you are trying to recover. Do I need to format the drive and see if a recovery program can restore the files or is there any known software in this forum that can find and restore the partition? The partition shows up as unallocated space in Windows 10.
