How to copy dynamic volume veracrypt file without change size of file?

I have create a new dynamic volume veracrypt file about 10 GB and using about 2 GB/ 10Gb. But when i copy this file (dynamic volume veracrypt) from partition D -> partition E, it used 10 GB on summary storage of E (in the fact i only used about 2GB)
How can i copy dymamic volume veracrypt file without change size of file?

You need to find a tool that understands how to properly copy sparse files.
