As you recall, I had one heck of a time getting the Veracrypt Bootloader removed before sending my laptop off for repair. Now that I have the laptop back, I wish to reencrypt the operating system.
Unfortunately, I have run into two issues.
The process began and got as far as the Preboot Test and generated an error about lack of administartor priveleges. Even though everything was being done from administrator account.
2 Thinking maybe Veracrypt had a bug, I went ahead uninstalled, removed the service (services.msc), and reinstalled veracrypt. No Go.
Now all I get is this message and I cannot proceed any further. It will simply refuse to encrypt my computer, even though I see zero traces of Veracrypt in the UEFI File.
How do I resolve this issue?
Samn problem as John Doe......Now What?
