After reading the 'Security Requirements and Precautions Pertaining to Hidden Volumes' section of the documentation, I was wondering if someone would be able to answer a few questions I have.

This section of the documentation talks about the reasons why it's so important to stay offline while in the Hidden OS.

If this wasn't an option and someone made a decision to stay online while using the Hidden OS as it was absolutely essential, what would you recomend be done to keep this online activity as safe as possible and prevent anyone finding out that the existence of a Hidden OS is on the computer?
