Hello, I have windows 10 and I am unable to select full disk encryption, the option is grayed out. That applies for hidden volume too. I tried disabling secure boot, doesn't help. I added screenshots of the problem. What can I do? Thanks

Hello, thank you for response. My system is GPT. But as far as I know, the current version of VeraCrypt already supports GPT.

I would like to know if my data is safe if I use Windows partition encryption. I have one SSD divided into C for Windows and D for data. So if I encrypt Windows partition, will anyone including police unable to read any of my data just like when I used full disk encryption on Windows 7? Otherwise I will have to look for another option and I don't trust Bitlocker. I tried paid Bestcrypt which supports GPT. But I only saw Windows system encryption option there, not full disk.
