I worked for several years with Veracrypt 1.22 and encrypted the system HDD (1TB SSD).
For security I made a clone by using a delock clone station. Both SSD worked as they should.
Now I tried to update Veracrypt. The process was cancelled by Veracrypt.
Afterwards I could not boot. Using the rescue CD I could restore the VC-header and start Windows. But I got a bluescreen.
I switch power off. Removed the 3V backup battery for some seconds. Then I took the cloned HDD and tried to boot.
The same result as with theother HDD.
My conclusion:
The problem cannot be located to the HDDs. It must be a problem with the bios. Maybe with "secure boot"?
Any hints to get the problem solved?
