Hi there,
I recently noticed the core isolation feature on windows 11 and was wondering whether it would work with the latest Verycrypt built? Do you have any experiences with it or is it even recommended or maybe not?
kind regards
Committ
EDIT: 1.25.9 Version is being used. Windows actively reminds the users to switch it on.

I am in the same boat: I am running the latest version of Windows 11 and vas running 1.24.7 version of Veracrypt. When i switched on Core Isolation and rebooted my machine it screwed it to the point I had to re-install. Of course, I then installed version 1.25.9 but am afraid to turn on core Isolation again. The thing that bugs me is the system disk is locked using Bitlocker and my use of Veracrypt is for my data folders I hold on removable media.
Any insight/guidance appreciated

Did you have system encryption using both BitLocker and VeraCrypt?
Starting with 1.24.7 version, VeraCrypt will prevent creating a VeraCrypt system encryption if BitLocker is currently being used for the system encryption.
However, upgrading VeraCrypt software with a PC using both BitLocker and VeraCrypt for system encryption was not prevented.
