If your system is not encrypted and you are using VeraCrypt to open encrypted file container and encrypted disks, then you don't need to do anything special: veraCrypt will continue to work under Windows 10.
If your whole system is encrypted with VeraCrypt, then you need to decrypt your Windows before upgrading to Windows 10.
