Unable to input password on a separated keyboard

My laptop is Sony Vaio, the keyboard is separated with the monitor (like a Surface), after system disk encryption, I cant input the password during the start of laptop.....But in the pre-encryption restart (the restart for password input before the encryption) I can do it.

How can I solve the issues?
I have tried to use a USB keyboard but its still unable to type password

i confirm the issue.
ventoy.net loader does not have any problems.
veracrypt loader has the problem.
can you just copy the code from ventoy to upgrade veracrypt code?
