I dont really understand the Error Message, maybe its because im from Germany and i cant really read English but i already read many Pages with "Error Fixes" or some Tutorials.

It's just what it says: your HD does not have a non-partitioned portion of 32 KB space at the beginning of the device. You will have to re-partition your HD to meet the requirements, if you want to use system encryption. In case, you're planning to do so, you should consider informing yourself about backing up personal information and files to another device. Anyway, that's what everyone should do either way.
