200GB Veracrypt volume missing

I had a 200GB Veracrypt container on a 2 x HDD RAID 0 external USB storage device. I was working with the volume - can't remember if I was mounting or dismounting it but it simply disappeared. Can't find it anywhere when searching via command line or GUI. It is an NTFS volume and have tried mounting it under both Linux and Windows to no avail. Is there any way of recovering?
The total capacity of my mirrored drives is 3TB.
Looked at the properties and it shows 1.9TB used, however the summary of the contents shows 1.6TB. Now when I think about it I believe the size of the container was actually 300GB leading me to believe that it still exists somewhere. Now how to recover???
