So I searched the posted topics and could not find enough data to answer my question.
I have two of the same 4TB seagate HDD model, and I want to clone my encrypted system 4TB HDD to the empty 4TB HDD to get an exact clone, using Macrium Reflect. I plan to connect the 2 drives side by side to my laptop in the middle of them, which the laptop is unecypted.
I don't want to decrypt my 4TB to do this though.
Apparently, Gary, if he was answering a question that really was my question, said something about the boot or certificate or drive hives won't be the same, so my cloned disk won't be a clone? I just want to clone an encrypted 4TB HDD haha! Maybe since my 2 HDDs are same model it will have same hives or whatever they are called?

I'm not aware of any issues, but you should be able to just do a sector by sector copy of the encrypted HDD. Afterwards, mount both drives and compare the files on both drives, just to be sure that nothing unexpected happened.
