mount option noattach does not create volume in mountvol list

Hello everybody
When i mount volume normaly ,windows mountvol command return list of volumes and i can see
voulume id associated with letter.
after boot When i use noattach mount option nothing appears in mountvol list so i can't start a command like:
mountvol C:\Data \?\Volume{5bf838d8-3843-11ea-8359-e03f49358a76}\
to avoid use of letter
