after the upgrade to fedora 32 veracrypt stopped working, Using the gui the program simply does not start.
Via command line i get this error
(this time using -h switch, but without any argument I get the same error)

    veracrypt –h
veracrypt: symbol lookup error: veracrypt: undefined symbol: _ZNSt7__cxx1112basic_stringIwSt11char_traitsIwESaIwEE9_M_createERmm, version WXU_3.0

My Fedora 32 is the KDE spin. Veracrypt as I know of, is the only program having problem after the upgrade. A very important one, to me.

    Update:

uninstalled outdated version from repo "rpmsphere"
manually installed 1.24 U4 (I still don't understand if U6 is for windows only)

    Now it's working again.

    So, FYI
    my experience is:

    Fedora 31 and veracrypt 12.4.1 --- > OK
    Fedora 32 and veracrypt 12.4.1 --- > KO
    Fedora 32 and veracrypt 12.4.4 --- > OK
