Did you try mounting using the embedded backup header (option present in the "mount options" button)?

Recuva did not recover 100% of the file content and that's why mounting failed. Even if you are able to mount it, most certainly some of the data inside will be corrupted.

Did you perform the recovery of the file on the original disk drive that contained the file container instead of a clone of the drive?

If you attempted the recovery on the original disk drive and the file recovery utility appears to not properly recover the file, you will not be able to mount the file container nor attempt using a different recovery software to attempt to restore the file container properly.

Do you previously make an external header key backup (Volume Tools > Backup Header Volume)? If yes, you can attempt to restore the header key using the external backup header key file then attempt to mount the volume.

Otherwise, without backups of the data and/or file container or the ability to reattempt file recovery with different software, you have regrettably lost the data.

Sorry, you cannot recreate the header key without using either the embedded backup header key which failed to allow you to mount the volume or the external backup header key.
