Hello, I just changed password of my outervolume and with new password outervolume mounts and works just fine but in case of innervolume, the password is unchanged and its mounting normally as well but the drive seems inaccessible and says you need to format this disk before using.
changing the password of outer volume cannot cause this issue since it only accesses the header and backup header which are outside the data area.
This issue is caused by write operations to outer volume that overlap the region where hidden volume is located. That's why it is important to mount outer volume after activating the hidden volume protection (click "Mount Options" and check "Protect hidden volume against damage caused by writing to outer volume").
Now that the hidden volume is corrupted, your only solution is to use data recovery software on the mounted hidden volume (T: in your screenshot) and see what data you can salvage. You can find on this forum many posts containing examples of data recovery software that you can try.
