Okay. So I've used Veracrypt for a long time now. The software just got updated to the new version (1.26.15 - 64 bit).
I think my old version was just a couple before.
Now, when I try to log in with my password, I get an error when I put my password in that sounds like the standard error.
It is basically a large C: drive with the partitions on it and when I select 'Select a Partition or Drive' I see:
I don't think I create a fix disk when I installed Veracrypt, so what could have change between versions? Or is it possible I had some mount option not now supported?
Is it possible to uninstall this version and go back to a previous one and all will be okay?
Thanks for any help as there's a few year's work there since last backup (I know!) and really need to get this back working.
Any help appreciated.

It is not an error code. It is a source of the error and the line number in the code for that specific version of VeraCrypt for the developer to know which module and line number issued the error for troubleshooting a possible bug in the code.

Error codes don't normally change from version to version. Historically, Mounir has not been around to troubleshoot it, so it's left to us, and so when there are just numbers for errors, it can be hard to tell exactly what to do.

The line numbers do change between versions if new code and/or deleted code is made to that module that results in a different line number for the error message.
The text of the error message tells you cause(s) and/or the remediation of the error.
EDIT:
Here is the developer explaining the line number being different between versions.

Version 1.26 and newer of VeraCrypt versions has deprecated the following features:

Yes, but maybe someone could post a sticky of what all the error codes mean. Otherwise, I'd have to go through the source code and make a list myself.
