I used multiple tools like Bootice to delete/edit the Veracrypt Boot Loader
. But It doesn't work. Using those tools the veracrypt bootloader gets
deleted but upon restarting the system , it appears again.
I even deleted the Veracrypt folder the EFI Folder , but it reappears after
    restarting the system .
I even tried deleting it using bcdedit but it appears again after restarting the system
It is getting very frustrating .

I am using Windows 10 and have system encrypted the c folder and wants
veracrypt boot loader to be removed from UEFI options.

So, you want Veracrypt to be removed from the bootloader, so that when you boot your system, you will get some sort of error like "No bootable disk found" ? and then access it from a live dvd or something? It's supposed to work that way, I think, where the Veracrypt bootloader is there. You need it if you actually want to run that system. If you're going to access your drive from another drive, then the bootloader is not a big deal anyways.
