(Would have wanted to reply to #62 that the suggestion (per PM by C.D.) to do "mountvol [DRIVE LETTER]: /d" fixed it for me).
(Note, answering to a SF PM does not work it it's not enabled so I'm kind of abusing this thread to pass on the information - sorry for that.)

I just tried to add more permissions to users but I don't understand why it is not working in the first place.
If you still have issues, I will do further investigation about it.
Since about two weeks, I can't reply to tickets anymore, the reply window just doesn't exist anymore.
