Good Evenig,
First, English not my Native language.
And it is my first time with VeraCrypt.
I have 4 Drives in my PC
1) System Windows 10.1803 (250GB)
2) Data 1, 1,8 TB, Dynmamic, GPT (Main Data)
3) Data 2, 1.8 TB, Dynamic, GPT (Backup Main Data)
4) Data 3, via iSCSI, 7, 1 TB Dynamic GPT, Archiv
VeraCrypt 1.21/2 and the update to 1.23-Beta2
I Have convert the Drive 1,3,4 in Place As GPT, Dynamical, and it work Fine.
After I have Convert the Drive 2 and Reboot, I Can't mount any of the Volume 2,3,4
with Error:
Incorret Password
Incorret Volum PIN Number
Incorrect PRF (Hash)
Not a Valid Volume
Source: MountVolume8138
In the Windows DiskManager, the Driver 2,3,4 are list as:
Dynamical, Invalid and have a Red Arrow down
If I will be Reaktivation the drives I get the Error: This operation is not allowed on the invalid disk package
I kann Set the Drive offline and I can Convert it to a Basic Volume
The System Volume kann be Start without any Problem, all volume ar the Same Password, Pim ist not set.
What can I do to recover the Data Drive? Unforunaly, one of the Wrong device ist the backup Drive.
King Regards
Ralf
