We have been evaluating vDos over the past couple of weeks and are impressed with the ease of use. Our dBase files are located on a Windows 2003 server. vDos will not run on Windows Server 2003. Will vDos run on Windows 2012, 2016 servers?

As of version 2017.08.01, vDos is compiled w/o XP support. Officially it’s now Windows 7/Server 2008 R2 and later. It will still also run under Windows Vista/Server 2008, but that could be abandoned at some time also.
Edit: This only concerns vDos running directly on a Windows server. Not a Windows ‘workstation’ (still Vista or later), connecting to some fileserver (doesn’t matter what that would be).
