I'd rather use it than the Borland because the It was no concer if it was Windows compatible, but if it supports the latest features of C++. I've toyed a little with cygnus/gtk/vdk. I've changed the headers and other stuff as described on the page of GTK-Win32 port. The gtk test programs started to compile nice, but I wan't able to compile VDK after that because some C++ had been scrued up in the process. I guess that GTK will also need porting on this compiler, isn't it ? > Borland is 15Meg download, this is 2Meg. This has a GUI IDE, Borland does > not. The compiler has a large user base and there are support newsgroups for it. Just a few of the advantages I see looking at their compiler. But I'll give it a try to LCC-Win32 one of these days.
