#135 External encoders doesn't work on windows 10

External encoders doesn't work on windows 10 ...
here is my vbprof file for testing ...
I've tried to encode different video types on 2 machines running win10 with different external encoders combinations and in both machines the process stops to 100% with a message "Dub: Processing thread has not cycled for thirty seconds -- possible livelock. (Thread action: running main loop)"

Does anyone have the same problem ?

Can you also copy the messages from log? (view->log)
I saw similar complaints before

You more likely want to open and use cmd prompt then trying to access encoding .exe directly.

Program -> cmd.exe
Options: x265.exe - Flags or you could send it through pipemod.
