VcXsrv is te standard X Server for WSL (Ubuntu support for Windows 10), so it would be useful to start a local program in order to run "bash" ( with additional parameters ) when the server starts.

Me too. Xming can do it, but only the old 32-bit version is available. I'd rather run a 64-bit Xserver with any feature enhancements and security updates.
