#159 Moving window with native keyboard shortcuts

Hi there. Thank you for developing vcxsrv! I think I found a bug; in case anyone knows a workaround, please let me know.
Actual behaviour: WIN + LEFT ARROW, WIN + RIGHT ARROW, WIN+UP ARROW do not move the window.
Desired behaviour: WIN + LEFT ARROW or WIN + RIGHT ARROW should move the window to the left half, right half of the screen respectively, WIN + UP ARROW should maximize the window on the current screen.

Sorry, I should have checked this earlier, apparently this issue is application dependent, i.e. does not stem from vcxsrv.
