#106 running debug version fails

Compiled debug version on windows10; running vcxsrv.exe dispalys this error: https://imgur.com/a/AxS13MA

Launching xlaunch.exe ends with error

The code execution cannot proceed because libxml2-2.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.
