Vchanger.exe is failing to start with the error: "ERROR! failed to create named mutex errno=22".

It looks like the call to "sem_open" is causing trouble and makes the program to fail with an "Invalid argument" error.

The version 1.0.2 doesn't have this issue, so it is probably a regression in version 1.0.3.
Temporary solution is to use the version 1.0.2 in the meantime.
