#21 udev helper scripts fail to parse quoted strings in vchanger config file

Magazines defined in vchanger.conf with a quoted string, such as magazine="uuid:abcdef123" are not parsed properly by the vchanger-mount-uuid.sh and vchanger-umount-uuid.sh scripts, causing them to fail to invoke vchanger on udev triggered events.
