[Vcftools-help] questions using minQ flag

Hello,

  I am a VCFtools user from China. I used minQ flag to filter the sites by setting the minQ number 50. After filtering, it kept 104842154 out of a possible 104842154 Sites, which showed that all sites were kept. But when I checked the size of these two vcf files, I found the output one is obviously small than the original(167G vs 183G).Now I want to know what is the cause of this decrease.
