Hi everyone, I'm new to vcftools and I'm sorry if this is a stupid question. I typed vcf-sort into the terminal in my home directory (just this command), and it said 'sort -k1,1d -k2,2n', then I terminated this command using ^C. I was wondering if this will change my files? And what does 'vcf-sort' command do if there's no vcf file following the 'vcf-sort' command? I was a little worried. Thank you very much! Best regards, Jialu |
