Hi,

I am dealing with SNP data in VCF format. After filtering multiallelic
SNPs, I found there were lots of biallelic SNPs have more than one AC and
AF values (see the example below). Do you know how this was aroused? As I
will further remove SNPs with minor AF, how to calculate the AF for these
SNPs? Thank you in advance for your clues.
