[Vcftools-help] how can I update vcftools to the most updated version

Dear all,

I would like to update vcftools to the most updated version. I run the
command listed in the online manu for it. The commands worked for me. But,
it looks the vcftools has not been updated. I may have taken any mistakes.
Could you please give me any directions on this updating issue?
